Introduction.

(i) Posiadlosc.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Illinois Star, Ltd. provides form to cell phone SMS delivery service that facilitates the sending and receipt of SMS messages on cell phones based on the cell phone number of the recipient (the "Service").

(ii) Illinois Star, Ltd. fully appreciates the need to protect the privacy of users of the Site and/or the Service (individually, a "User" and collectively, the "Users"). As a result, your privacy is very important to us, and this Privacy Policy identifies and explains the types of information we may gather along with potential users and uses of that information.

(iii) Illinois Star, Ltd. reserves the right to change all or a portion of this Privacy Policy at any time with or without individual notice to you, and your continued use of the Service or the Site constitutes your binding acceptance of any such changes. (iv) Please be advised that use of the Site and the Service are subject to and controlled by Illinois Star, Ltd.'s Terms of Service. By using the Service, you evidence your complete acceptance of the Terms of Service, which creates a binding contract between us with respect to your duty to comply with the Terms of Service.

Information Gathered by Illinois Star, Ltd.

(i) Illinois Star, Ltd. may gather personal information about you that is provided or transmitted by Users of the Site and/or the Service. We may also gather aggregated tracking information regarding overall usage of the Site and the Service, such as but not limited to tallies of page views and click-through activity. This information is used to help us understand how Users are using the Site and the Service.

(ii) The following are some but not necessarily all of the methods that may be used us to obtain information from and about Users:

Fees.

(i) Currently, Users may use the Service free of charge, but Illinois Star, Ltd. reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to and/or use of all or a portion of the Service.

(ii) Receiving short text messages may triger additional fees assesed by your cellular telephone service provider. Illinois Star, Ltd. is not responsible for those fees and/or charges if any. You, the User of the Service hereby agrees to pay for any and all such charges as they may be assesed/charged to you by your mobile telephone service provider

Security.

(i) We use security practices and systems to protect your personal information that is retained by us, but Illinois Star, Ltd. cannot guarantee absolute or protection of this information given the open nature and resulting instability of the Internet and World Wide Web.

(ii) Accordingly, Illinois Star, Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the effectiveness of its security and assumes no liability for security breaches made possible by any failure in its security practices or systems, or any failure in the security of your computer equipment, your ISP or other networks and communications providers.

Commercial Uses of Personal Information.

(i) Illinois Star, Ltd. will not release your name or any personal contact information to advertisers or for other third party commercial purposes without your prior approval.

(ii) Upon such approval, Illinois Star, Ltd. may disclose, sell for its own account or otherwise release your personal information: (a) to third parties with an interest in contacting you for purposes of promoting goods and services that may be of interest to you; and (b) for any other commercial or lawful purposes that serve our business needs and/or the needs or interests of Users.
